Welcome to BiharMatrimonials.com.  If you wish to become a Member and communicate with other Members and make use of the BiharMatrimonials.com service ("Service"), read these Terms & Conditions and follow the instructions in the Registration process. To become a member you must agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Agreement").  This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms for your membership.  BiharMatrimonials.com may revise/modify this Agreement from time to time.

1.   ELIGIBILITY:

You are eligible to Register on BiharMatrimonials.com only if you fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

·          You have attained the minimum age for marriage (18 years for women and 21 years for men).

·          You are not disabled by any law from entering into a contract.

·          You have gone through the Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

2.   TERMS OF USE:

BiharMatrimonials.com provides services to you subject to the following conditions:

·          If you visit or sign up at BiharMatrimonials.com, you willfully accept these conditions and agree to be bound by them.

·          We will communicate with you electronically by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

·          The BiharMatrimonials.com Site is only to facilitate lawful marriages between persons who are legally competent to enter into matrimony under the laws to which they are subject.  By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that you are not prohibited or prevented by any applicable law for the time being in force or any order or decree or injunction from any court, tribunal or any such competent authority restraining you from entering into matrimony.

·          You are solely responsible for the “Content” (content, information and photograph in your profile and in your messages), which you post or transmit through BiharMatrimonials.com. You will not post or transmit any Content or information [in whatever form they may be contained] that is defamatory, blasphemous, abusive, obscene, sexually oriented, profane, intimidating, illegal or in violation of the rights of any person, including intellectual property rights. You will not use either your online or offline membership as a platform for any kind of promotional campaign, solicitation, advertising or dealing in any products or services or transmit any chain letters or junk mails.

·          BiharMatrimonials.com does not control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. Under no circumstances will BiharMatrimonials.com be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via its Service.

·          If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Your Membership is only for your personal use. It is not to be assigned, transferred or licensed so as to be used by any other person/entity.

·          You are advised to make appropriate/thorough enquiries before acting upon any matrimonial advertisement (“Profile”). Our site does not vouch for or subscribe to the claims and representations made by members regarding particulars of status, age, income etc in the Profile.

·          The Information contained in this web site is solely for matrimonial purpose and it should not be used for any other purpose.  BiharMatrimonials.com shall not be responsible for any use of information available in the website which is prohibited by law.  Messages sent to members of the opposite gender should be only for the purpose of finding a life partner. You are not allowed to misuse the service in the name of "Dating", "Flirting", "Friendship" etc.

·          You will not post or transmit any content, information or trademarks without the prior consent of the person holding its proprietary or licensed rights. BiharMatrimonials.com will not in any way be responsible or answerable to any action brought by any person arising out of your acts as described above.  BiharMatrimonials.com reserves the right but is not obligated, to edit, delete, eclipse or withhold display of such content or information as it deems fit in the light of the rules prescribed above.

·          You hereby unconditionally and irrevocably grant to BiharMatrimonials.com the license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display contents of your profile on the Site and to BiharMatrimonials.com members from time to time.

·          BiharMatrimonials.com Site is for the personal use of individual members only, and cannot be used in connection with any commercial endeavors. You cannot engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other BiharMatrimonials.com Members.

·          You understand and agree that BiharMatrimonials.com may delete any content, messages, photos or profiles (collectively, "Content") that in the sole judgment of  BiharMatrimonials.com violate the Terms & Conditions or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of BiharMatrimonials.com and/or its Members.

·          You are solely responsible for the Content that you publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on the BiharMatrimonials.com site or transmit to it’s other Members. BiharMatrimonials.com reserves the right to verify the authenticity of Content posted on the Site. In exercising this right, we may ask you to provide any documentary or other form of evidence supporting the Content you post on the Site.

·          You must use the BiharMatrimonials.com Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable local, state, and federal laws, rules and regulations.

·          BiharMatrimonials.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel subscription at their sole discretion.

3.    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

In no event will BiharMatrimonials.com be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including also lost profits arising from your use of the Site or it’s Services, even if BiharMatrimonials.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, BiharMatrimonials.com's, liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to BiharMatrimonials.com, for the Service during the term of membership.

4.    VALIDITY PERIOD:

This agreement is valid, as long as you are a member/ use the services offered by BiharMatrimonials.com.   BiharMatrimonials.com reserves the right to deny/terminate your access to the Site and/or your membership without assigning any reason. You may also discontinue/terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by intimating BiharMatrimonials.com. In no case will the Membership fees paid, if any, be refundable.

5.    DISPUTES:

 If there is any dispute about or involving the Site and/or the Service, by using the Site, you unconditionally agree that all such disputes and/or differences will be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Competent Courts in Patna, India only.

6.    PRIVACY:
